The International Summer Dance Institute offers a range of dance genres as diverse as our dance community. Whether you are taking your very first dance class, or you are a professional dancer looking for the intensive training and performance opportunities, the Institute offers classes designed just for you. Professional and pre-professional students have the special opportunity to train and perform alongside members of the Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Ensemble in addition to receiving personalized direction from world renowned artists. Each day, the Institute features an artist talkback session for students to gain greater insight from the artists in residence. These sessions allow for one-on-one consultations with guest faculty and cultural exchange with other Institute students. Each week the Institute culminates in performance showcase, and this summer we conclude the Institute with the Mile High Dance Festival July 30th presented in the CPRD Amphitheatre.
